What are your processing times?

Please take into consideration that one person is handcrafting these amazing products for you. Generally, If I recently made a fresh batch of products my processing times will be 1-3 business days. However, my normal processing times are 5-7 business days. Business days do not include weekends, federal or personal holidays.

*Processing times can be extended due to high volume orders, sales and back order inventory.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately we don't provide order cancellations. If you have an issue with your order please email us at contact@polishedskinorganics.com

 

Do you allow returns?

No, due to the nature of these products returns are prohibited. If you have an issue with your order we ask that you email us pictures specifically in regard to your issue. Please email us at contact@polishedskinorganics.com

 

What if my address is wrong on my order?

If you incorrectly entered the wrong address on your order, please email us within 24 hours of your purchase. You will have to unfortunately be charged for the address change. You will be sent an invoice to your email; once invoice is paid please then send us the correct address so it can be updated on your order.

 

I sent an email and haven’t received a response?

All general customer service emails will be responded to within 1-3 business days.
